So today one of the Sisters who works in the office wanted to show us this market that comes every Friday close to where we live. There were all these trucks that set up into little stands and had all this delicious, fresh food. Here everybody buys fresh food for a week or for a couple of days and then they buy more to last them for a couple of days. They just always have fresh produce and meats and cheeses and breads. It's awesome. So this is a chicken truck that drives around the city and is a rotisserie and they just sell chicken. We got some and it's really good.
They also have ribs and pork knuckles
and HUGE pretzels
There was a truck full of meat and a truck full of cheese and you could watch them cut you a fresh chunk off of the big wheels of cheese. It's like those commercials for sliced cheeses when they show the cubes of cheese being hand sliced, but it's real life. There was a bread truck and a fish truck. These are all the fish and if you look in the back you can see a small octopus. Yuck!

This is the bread truck and as you can see it's just FULL of bread and there is so much and it is all fresh and SO good.
It is just such a new experience to be here and see all the things they have different and the same and all the delicious food they have. I think we are going to love it here. What am I saying? We already do!
